Returns Policy

Muse Dress do not accept any return for changing of mind, only exchange is accepted within 14 days since the date customers receive items by postage.
Muse Dress also not provide any shipping cost for exchange or return sections.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Notes

Processing time takes 3-7 working days (NOT including shipping time).
This product can be customised by your own measurements ( chest, waist, hips) with an extra fee of 20%.If you would like to process a customised order, please contact us by our fanpage or reach us by email nguyenyen1084@gmail.com for further information. Manufacturing time for customised order takes from 10 - 15 working days ( not including shipping time).
